After CCJ set aside

I managed to get a CCJ set aside - so now back to square 1 defending the claim. If the judge rules in favour of the claimant will the CCJ be backdated or will it be a new one which will allow me to pay before the deadline so as to avoid a CCJ on my credit file ?

You have one month from the date of judgment to pay otherwise it will be registered as a CCJ and recorded on your credit file

Just to clarify, when I mean the date of judgment that is the day of the hearing and a judge decides who wins. It should not be confused with the date of the court order that follows as that is sometimes issued later after one month of the judgment date.
