    Hi
    New member here....
    I've received a moneyclaim online request to which I responded.

    I now have 2 weeks to file my counterclaim.

    I am completing the n9b form.

    My question is, can I completed my defence and counterclaim on a word document and then attach it alongside the N9B form or do I need to just fill out the N9B form?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
