    Have you acknowledged the claim?

Best you send your defence directly to the court and not use the online form, which will corrupt any formatting

Dear Ostell and anyone else in my position

I just wanted to let you know that thanks to the brilliant advice and support of this forum, the case was dropped before coming to court.

I feel very happy to have settled the issue and thanks again to Legal Beagles and Ostell for your excellent, practical help. I am also tremendously aggrieved at all the stress and effort required from me to fight this case, when it should seriously never have been brought to court, due to the extremely unusual circumstances with the exit from the services being blocked for hours due to an accident.

Please anyone in my position fight, fight, fight. The people driving these claims come across as callous and unfeeling, and it would seem have no thought for how much stress and worry they cause.

      Thanks again.

If you would like any of the documentation I'm happy to provide it.
