Wrong Dates On CCJ

I have a CCJ from Southern Water. I did not receive the forms as I had moved but had emailed both U.K. Search and Southern Water prior to action being taken both deny receiving the email. To cut a long story short it’s from 2017 and it’s been a battle to get info about the claim. The claim issue date is June 2017 however on the particulars of claim they have stated the outstanding amount is from 2015 to 2018. 8 months after the claim date!!! Plus I moved out in 2017. Obviously they mucked up on the original claim form. Is there anything I can do about this?
