  • Claim form received from county court Northampton

Hi this is my first time on here looking for help on how to deal with a claim form received from Northampton county court . The claim has been raised by Highview parking . Please help as I don’t understand the legal jargon and not sure what to do . They have requested payment of nearly £300 which I can’t afford for a parking issue dating back to September 2015.

So SAR to Highview to get all the paperwork about you and your car. They gavec30 days to comply

CPR 31.14 to the solicitors They should respond in 7 days, but probably will not

You just acknowledge the claim but nothing in the defence. Online, no need to send anything
