So SAR to the parking company and CPR 31.14 request to DCBL

Can you remember anything at all about this? How many PCNs are they claiming for?

Vividly remember that they were for over the allocated time limit. They’re claiming for 4 all together

So you ignored them at the time? Have you got them so that they can be posted up, suitably redacted but leave dates.

          Have a read of this

Yes ignored at the time, but haven’t got the initial letters. Do you want me to post the claim form?

Haven’t got any other letter from them? What should I do now?

                    Read post #3

Acknowledge the claim online using the details on the form and nothing in the defence.

Just done that, I’ve also clicked contest juristriction. Should I have done that? What is likely to be the outcome of this?

issued in england/wales or scotland = if you live in england/wales and not scotland or vice versa then jurisdiction not need to be ticked only if issued in wrong country to where you live.

You only contest jurisdiction if you don't live in England or Wales

Thanks both, I’ll get this changed ASAP. Does anyone know what happens from here? Is there any chance of it getting thrown out of court etc?

You have to follow the court procedure. Miss any of it and you lose.

Acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form on or shortly after day 5. Nothing in the defence. This gives you 33 days to get your defence to the court
