    Defence question

    Hi all

    Like many it appears that Lowell have kicked back in business in March so I logged on as per the pack to get the extra days, sent CCA letter to Lowell with £1 postal order and a
    copy of this sent to their solicitors along with a CPR req to the solicitor but heard nothing back yet but just wondering what do you do when it comes to the defence element of it?

    any advice welcome. The court letter was from 31st March so when would my defence be due?

    Example Defence friday 30t april submit 2 days before thru MCOL, if no paperwork state in defence onxx date request for CCA sent also on date CPR31.14 sent no response if have not been received.
