        If I were you, I would ask the court for more time to file a defence because you need to consult a solicitor. Then I would engage the services of a solicitor who can be made aware of ALL the facts and submit a decent defence on your behalf. Failing that any defence is better than nothing because you only have a limited amount of time to file a defence.

        I assume this was a mobile phone contract? Have you admitted the debt?

          Is there nothing else I can send back to Lowell's? Do you they not have to send me any documents because it is a mobile contract? Could you please give me some direction with a defence?
