    I did the mediation but it didn't resolve matters. He just stuck to his offer of you paying the court fee etc of £235 and I said no, so that was it!

    Let's just wait now to see how the court responds to you Allocation Questionnaire.

    It's put him in a difficult position now because even if the case stays in the County Court, he'll have to pay a hearing fee before the case is actually heard so I reckon he'll want to cut his losses before then.
