  • should I exchange info with Hoist before the set aside hearing?

Im waiting for a ccj set aside hearing but Hoist portfolio are asking me for proof of address and say i made a payment in 2013.

Should I prove my address to them and also should i send a SAR request to Hoist to see what other info they have on me and payment details they have? (And what about asking Hoist for the CCA)?

    Thx

      Bump...
Is it safe to send proof of address to Hoist?
I'm sending Hoist an SAR and asking for full details of the alleged payment.
Hoist emailed me so can i email back with SAR and payment info request?

Or should i do it by letter?

        UPDATE
        Hearing date is 22nd Feb.
Court letter asks for evidence to be submitted 2 days before hearing. But I already included evidence when i submitted the N244. Do I need to submit it again??
The evidence I sent with n244 was copy of the credit report page showing default date and letter from letting agent stating when check out report will be to end tenancy, (so i wasnt living there when court papers were sent).

Should I beef up both bits of evidence? I have a child benefit statement showing my address (different to claim address) and a letter from original creditor dated 2011 stating account is defaulted.

How do I submit those extra bits of evidence? Online?
        Thanks
