  • Sent witness statement 9 days before court date

    Hi provisional court date is
    27th of November
    and I’ve sent the witness statements out today to
    Gladstone’s and
    the courts emails
    So it’s 9 days before

    will I be ok
    as I read somewhere it should be sent before the 14 days

        Your first mistake is reading anything other than the Courts orders. It doesnt matter what is posted on the forum or elsewhere, its the Courts orders you must comply with. Now then, what does the Court order say? And did you serve the statement on your opponent?
