My defence is due today

Hi,

Can anyone help again with my defence, I did not realise that 14 days have gone past since AOS and this is due today.

I did initially receive help but lost my thread of who was helping me https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ https://showbox.tools/.

Can this person check and give me some assistance I have the defence form which has been emailed to me.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

If you have acknowledged then you have 33 days from date of issue to get your defence to the court.

Defence form? Are you not submitting on line? PDF attachment to email.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
