  • No CCA received or Acknowledged CCJ Court Action stop?

    Hello,

I am just wondering what the next steps are please.

I received a writ/citation for an application for a CCJ to be applied to myself.

I am in Scotland so this may be different to English Case Law but I need some help please Statue Barred (5 years) in Scotland and I have logged a notice to defend and paid £132 to do so.

I have sent the solicitors a Statue Barred letter and they came back to me saying it is not so I requested a Copy of the True CCA agreement and that was over 12 working days ago. They haven't even Acknowledged it and I sent it recorded delivery.

So I read that they can't enforce court action without providing the CCA is this correct?

What should I do now? Do I sent more letters? Do I contact the courts?

If someone can advise that would be appreciated.

    Kind regards,
