    Hi

i have just received a claim form from Lowell regarding a debt with Aqua credit card. I have a irresponsibility claim with the ombudsman but hasn’t even been allocated to a adjudicator as of yet. I have phoned Lowell and they have said they cannot retract the claim form but will give a stay of 14 days.
