  • PRA Group County Court Claim pack recieved

    Hi All,
Just looking for a bit of advice, I've got an old MBNA credit card debt from 2016 that was sold on to PRA Group, I was on a DMP with Step change until Covid hit and stopped making payments as I was furloughed until August and money was very tight. I've been getting the usual calls from PRA which I've not acknowledged and been going through a number of issues with the mental health of my 16yr old daughter - I'm a single parent with no support network I add, the mental health issues have been serious enough to now have child services giving support. Anyway, to get to the point I've today been hit with a county court claim pack from Northampton county court, I've had no letters from PRA group telling me about court action whatsoever, I've posted a CCA request to PRA group today as it's something I planned on doing before but other events have obviously taken my mind off pretty much everything...…...Mentally i'm exhausted so don't know what to do from here, can I request the court action to be frozen until the CCA request is satisfied or am I too late to go down the CCA route?

Thanks in advance for any help.
