Urgent help court costs order
Hi
Ive received a costs order of £75,000 which has to be paid in 5 days.
I receive ESA and PIP due to mental health problems and waiting for both knees to be replaced as well as numerous illnesses.
I have a house which has 2 charges already on it and no way of paying this money which was accrued in litigation costs were I was unrepresented as I couldn’t afford it and ended up a defendent against a whole team of aggressive solicitors.
What can I do ?
