  • Notice of Allocation

Hi All I have received the following form Northampton County Court 'Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track' I am defending a claim made by TMLS on behalf of Perch Capital Limited as I have never received the information I requested from them namely SAR and CCA I put this in my defence to the court and received a letter of acknowledgement from the courts and that they have 28 days to respond that was dated 12 March 2020, the letter I got from the courts is Dated 24 April 2020. Is there any advice as to what I should do now

Just wait & make sure you have read the court instructions properly. Perch have a history of filing claims hoping to get a default judgement whilst having no intention to follow the case through to the hearing.*

Best of luck. Post the court letters if you are worried.*

Just fill in the directions form & tick mediation & fill it in & return to Northampton address.*
It shows you are reasonable & willing to talk (obviously via the court & only in writing).*

When it comes to the later mediation process then you say to the mediators that Perch haven't supplied you with your documents so you cannot possibly mediate (when it comes to it).*
