    Hi
    i have received a county claim papers from Dryden Fairfax solicitors regarding a student loan taken out 26 years ago. I have not deferred, made payments or acknowledged it for 6 years. I don’t know what to do. Also it is from a court in Northampton and I live in Kent.

    The court in Northampton is just a bulk handling address. /it will get assigned to a local court at a later date.

    When was the last payment you made?
