    Have you Acknowledged the Claim?:Yes
    Total Amount Claimed :£3,300
    Claimant’s Name: Lowell Portfolio
    Solicitors Firm: Lowell Solicitors
    Original Creditor: Halifax
    Original Debt £3,000
    Particulars of Claim: 1) The Defendant entered into an agreement with Halifax which was regulated by the consumer Credit Act 1974 Under reference XXXXXX on (Date in 2014) ('the Agreement')
    2 In breach of the Agreement, the Defendant failed to maintain the required payments and the Agreement was terminated.
    3}The Agreement was later assigned to the Claimant on xx/xx/2019 and written notice given to the Defendant.
    4) Despite repeated requests for payment the sum of (xxxx) remains due and outstanding. And the Claims a) The sum of xxxx b) roughly £200 in costs and interest c) costs.
    Is the debt Statute Barred (have you had any contact with the creditor or claimant over the last 6 years?) Not statue barred.
    List any letters you have sent (eg: CCA/ CPR ): CCA and CPR

    Any Other Information or Background Details: I cannot pay this debt due to extended unemployment caused for several reasons.

    I have follow the route of sending CCA and CPR for which I have not yet received a reply. I'm now filing my defence which I will share in the next post.

    Send defence in a day or so before due. And insert. On such a date CCA etc requested but nothing received if that is still outstanding.* Example defence off this site adjust to suit
