On the notice of allocation there will instructions called 'directions' that indicate what you need to do next, as well as the date and time of the hearing. The directions will include tasks such as disclosing evidence to the other party and you may be required to write a witness statement. Does it mention completing a witness statement anywhere on the allocation?
If you sent a CPR31.14 request to the other party, have documents already been disclosed?I am a law student undertaking work experience on the LegalBeagles forum. My advice is from my own experience only and is given without liability. If in any doubt, please contact a regulated and insured legal professional to seek further advice.
