Lowell Debt Advice Please

Original Debt(eg. Credit card/Loan/Overdraft): Catalogues
Particulars of Claim: (Will add this later when home)
Is the debt Statute Barred . No
List any letters you have sent (eg: CCA/ CPR ): Both sent out on 20th Feb

Basically I have heard nothing at all about CCA and CPR and all cheques have been cashed.

I now need to put my defence in asap, any advice/tips would be great.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
