  • Lowell CCJ Saga: settlement/mediation help

    Hi,

Since last time I posted, I filed a defence against Lowell's claim.

Today I received a letter from them with a copy of something called a Directions Questionnaire basically asking to enter into settlement/mediation with them.

Not sure whether to accept or decline, or how to proceed. Any advice, as usual, would be immensely welcome.

Thanks for the continued help x

await court copy , mediation always agree to, point is:- show wiling is expected to - but at mediation you are on one phone = mediator in the middle and lowells on another phone, mediators ask have you all paperwork needed for mediation?? if no mediators states NO mediation can take place and passes case back to court procedure due to lowells not supplying paperwork at that stage.

Lowells always treat people as suckers i.e.: scared to take them on they are corporate bullies read threads and get an idea of procedures
