    Hi I have received this form today from the court but still have not received the paperwork I asked for from Lowell. There is a form for mediation should I send this back agreeing to mediation? Thanks for all your help.*

      agree to mediation, once mediation contact you they will ask do you have necessary paperwork to mediate?* if not tell them and they will cease mediation and inform the court for next stage and a note made their failure.

          More advice needed please, spoke to lady booking mediation she said because I had not received all the documents I requested from them mediation could not take place and after 16 days would be referred back to court...do I have to inform court mediation could not take place because of this and what happens next? Thanks*
