  • Court summons for alleged credit card debt

Hi all. Summons received earlier this month from Drydens acting on behalf of their client Arrow Global Ltd regarding an alleged HSBC credit card debt (approx. £1500). Debt is not statute barred, although I have not communicated with the claimant at all prior to the summons. CCA request sent to Arrow Global, who have acknowledged but not complied with in the statutory time limit (12+2 days), and a CPR 31.14 request to Drydens, who also acknowledged and agreed to a 28 day extension in order to comply. Could any kind soul please advise on next step, whether I file a defence with CCA non-compliance or request an extension from the court? Thanks in advance
