    Can anyone advise me on which boxes to tick on the 1st page of the standard disclosure form - list of documents as I'm finding it very confusing? It's the N265 form. Thanks in advance

    Standard disclosure requires you to disclose the documents on which you rely and any documents that adversely affect your own case or support the other party's case (CPR 31.6). ... A “document” is defined by CPR 31.4 and is anything in which information of any description is recorded.

      Thanks Mike...it's the 1st page that I'm struggling with. I have collated all documents and numbered them etc but I don't know which boxes I should be ticking???
