Hi just want to thank legalbeagles for help in winning a case in small claims case against Lantern Drs, was very worried going to court but needn’t have been the judge was lovely and dismissed the case and awarded me £60 expenses payable in 14 days. Just defend what you know is right, put forward a good defence and always turn up at court you don’t want them winning by default! Good lunch everyone

Hi SWT I’m not sure how to write a witness statement as I didn’t use one I did however put forward a defence. I do believe that the only cases Moriarty Law win are the ones that the defendant don’t turn up to so however nervous you are make sure you go. It’s really not that bad I hardly spoke the judge did all the talking and I just answered his questions, good luck
