I received a letter from BW legal representing premier park Ltd, informing me that they have now issued legal proceedings in the form of a county court claim,
I have received no previous letters up until this one, the following day I received a claim form as pictured below- it looks very dodgy as if copied... anyone that can help me here would be much appreciated as I am worried sick
    thank you in advance

That's a valid claim form. Edit it again to remove the password and repost.

Acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form. Nothing in the defence, nothing. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get your defence to the court.

SAR to Premier requesting all the documents that they hold about you.

Letter to BWL requesting all the documents that they intend to use in court in order to narrow the issues between you, as expected by the court. You expect this by return and within 7 days at the latest. You could also point out to them that this is the first communication you have received about this and as the keeper any liability cannot be transferred to you from the driver.
