BW Legal Napier Parking Claim Received

HI, Yesterday (14/08/19) I received a claim form in the post from Northampton CC Business Centre on behalf of BW Legal and Napier Parking. With regards to an unpaid Parking on private land claim. I have 14 days to respond. I have found previous posts on this forum but none recent. What is the current advice to give me on how to proceed?

Do I acknowledge and defend all of this claim online? if I do this, what will happen and what will I be required to do? What is the likelihood I will lose in court.?
