Can any one help me out here, I've had a lot of letter of late for a parking offence in which I parked just over the white line into the next bay.to day received 2 letters one from vcsl and one from Northampton county court wanting 185.00 to be paid within 7 days.really notsure if all this is crap or real.in need of a bit of help if you can
