Hello new here so sorry for my ignorance. I am in a bit of a pickle and unsure how to proceed.
I have moved around a lot and am now being chased for an outstanding debt of around £300 for an old phone contract that I have not paid or acknowledged for well over 7-8 years. They have sent a court form which I have defended with a statue barred defence. I also asked for Lowell's to provide me with more information with regards to this. So far nothing apart from now a mediation which I have expressed my concerns to this as Lowell's still have not provided me with the informational and now the mediation service is suggesting it will just go to a court hearing now, I am really stressed and don't know where to turn.
