    Lowell no ccj evidence

    Long story short. I have a CCJ for a debt which I know was put through the courts by Lowell as I have the CCJ court papers and they are the claimant. Now on my Credit Report the debt was settled way before (a year) the claim was even made. For the court to even consider the debt as Satisfied I need proof from Lowell. Problem is Lowell are denying ever even claiming for the debt! They have no proof of the debt being escalated to the courts!? Firstly it should never have even got to the CCJ stage. Secondly how can I have it removed when they are denying any knowledge. Frustrated
