Defending a case whilst becoming homeless

Hello, I am currently defending a claim made by LOWELL. The claim is on behalf of BT broadband, I have sumbittited my defence in which I contest the claim as they refused to send me any agreement that was apparently made by me to BT. I received a copy of lowells directions questionnaire which has asked for mediation and on the moneyonline website it says they have sent out a DQ to me as of yesterday.

I would be grateful if I could have advice on 2 things, firstly advice on what to do I put on the DQ myself and secondly on a issue I have which is it is very likely I will be made homeless within the next week. If this happens how will I notify the court and how will I receive instructions about the case?

So I received notice of proposed allocation to small claims track and directions questionnaire for mediation. It says I must file it by 18th July to the court 'and serve copies on all other parties' what does that last bit mean do I have to make copies of these forms and send them to lowell?

Also, I don't like to play the oh I'm disabled card but I'm wondering if being disabled qualifies me for any help dealing with this? It's really taking its toll on me trying to sort this out, I have heart failure and the stress of this as well as being unable to work anymore and now being made homeless is really affecting my health.

You can use a care of address & give that to the court OR pay Royal Mail to hold your post at your local sorting office.
