CCA Received from Lowell - Whats next?

Hi

Bank in Dec 2018, I had asked Lowell for the CCA and now I have received the CCA from them. They have sent me all the documents that I requested.

They have given me 30 days to contact them or else they will continue with Pre-Action Process and later a claim.

Please advice me, what can I do next in my defence. I am not in a position to pay off the debt.

Please can you let me know when you applied for loan of credit card and who the original creditor was.

You could also send an breakdown of you income and outgoing to show what you can afford.

You might want want to look at setting a side the ccj which cost £255 and might give you some extra time to find the funds .

the original lender was Vanquis.

I might call Lowell Solicitors and see what are the options.

I agree with MIKE770

Always negotiate from a position of strength.
To do so, you need to know the full facts, not trust to a debt collector/purchaser who will only be concerned with their own interests.

Its worth posting a redacted version of the documents they sent so that people can give an opinion on whether they are compliant or not.
