      After going to mediation and being referred to a local
      court, Lowells sent out a copy of the front sheet of the original credit agreement and a redacted copy of the terms and conditions.

      Following this the court have now said that the claim can be reinstated and Lowell’s very soon after that have now added a default to the mrs’ credit file from this month. Has anyone come across this before where the claimant has suddenly added a default to their credit account during the process of the claim being in court?

      Any advice on the next step would be appreciated.
