Asset collections is who you need to write to & enforce. Their registered address is 28 Eaton Avenue Matrix Office Park, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, England, PR7 7NA

The debt can then be enforced at any of the addresses they work from and even the directors homes if they hold company equipment or cars etc owned by the company. .

Oh & you better hurry up because I strongly suspect Asset Collections & Investigations Limited will be no more in a few weeks.

      Hi amethyst

They are to be found at the Viscount House , Sir Frank WHittle Way address
TM Legal bought a long lease there and moved in 30 staff last July . THE Box Number you have is the old TM building where in reality Asset also carried out there activities but gave customers addresses like Neptune Way Blackpool which are vacant and useless for bailiffs to attend
ASSET GAVE THE BAILIFFS THE RUN AROUND IN MY CASE ASTHEY ATTENDED THESE EMPTY ADDRESSES so Iemailed them and they rang the court and paid straight away together with the extra Court costs they had incurred.
As you know the FOS are currently dealing with my claim against ASSET.Igave the fos the VISCOUUNT COURT address and they found them no problem

      Chess x
