Hello,
Bit of background...
I received a parking ticket around a year ago for not displaying a permit in my own bay at home. I got a ticket and decided to ignore as it was a PCN.
Have since changed my log book over so my address has changed but I have never received any letters to my new address to this day.
I have had numerous debt recovery letters which never materialised.
I have then received a County Court Claim Form (which looks photocopied) again to my old address.
I have submitted my AOS today which was within my 14 days
I have seen people saying that i should request contracts from Gladstone solicitors, UKCPM etc. to prove there are contract in place.
I just don't know where to start....
I'm just simply asking where do i go now i have submitted my AOS?
I have tried reading so many forums and posts and i am just now overwhelmed and confused.
Any help would be very much appreciated!!
