    How would you know if that which Lowell sends to you is accurate?

    A SAR to Provident will give you details with which you can then check the veracity of Lowell's stuff. (Or, equally useful, a "sorry we can't find anything" & if Prov can't, it follows that neither can Lowell.

    A SAR is free (apart from postage), & is (potentially) worth it's weight in gold!
