    Re: previous posts. We have been granted mediation on Tuesday 9th. Im mediating on behalf of my wife. Already have my bullet points for defence written down. Has anyone any tips for approaching these other than being prepared?

      Not much to say.
      Have all info to hand, & understand your position.
      Much easier to negotiate from a position of strength.
      Do you have full disclosure from the other party?

        Yes. I even got an email from Lowells Data Protection Officer on Friday confirming they hadn't updated the address till March 2019. So theres no way any letters could ever have reached my wife....and therefore no way this should have ever gone to court.
