Re: previous posts. We have been granted mediation on Tuesday 9th. Im mediating on behalf of my wife. Already have my bullet points for defence written down. Has anyone any tips for approaching these other than being prepared?

Yes. I even got an email from Lowells Data Protection Officer on Friday confirming they hadn't updated the address till March 2019. So theres no way any letters could ever have reached my wife....and therefore no way this should have ever gone to court.Comment

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service
Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
