    Lowell solicitors orange mobile claim

    I have received a CCJ from Lowell finance for a debt to orange mobile made in 2012,they say they got the court judgement in 2016 so it wasn’t statute barred but I’ve only started receiving letters the last few month,they have sent bailiffs who didn’t get anything,I have tried calling for a settlement figure but they say as its a court order it cannot be lowered,I am in a position to pay a partial amount (original debt was £560 they want £980) I just want to improve my credit score and hoped that by showing this as settled will do this but they will not budge...any help please?
