RE lowells solicitors

I checked my credit score to find lowells ahve taken me to court already and I now have a ccj registered against me for nearly Ł400. it was for a talk talk account cancellation fees. my ex opened it out of spite knowing i can not ring to cancel i messaged talk talk via there online chat to cancel as i did not set it up, now lowells were sending letters which my ex said he got the account etc, lowells solicitors totally ignored this then ignored every email I have sent and processed the ccj with out my knowledge on the 23rd jan this year.
