I think I will file a full Defence and maintain CCA request and make a 50% without prejudice offer save as to costs

You could, if you feel up to it make a lower offer and say although they have not supplied any proof, you are prepared to offer a full and final for say £50


Just a thought and you could always up it

tends to encourage them as showing they have a case as part admittance
