Not submitting a statement on time

Evening Beagles,

I have a general question. Someone who has taken me to court has not submitted their statement to the court on time as was directed. The person contacted me today requesting an extension for couple of days, and I'm not sure what what to do! If i agree to the extension does it look good on me in the eyes of the court, and if i say no is that likely to delay the hearing because the judge may push the hearing back (and i just want it out of the way!).

Really not sure what to do!

What does the Court order say about evidence? The order will be the guide as to whether there are any sanctions or not.

If you can let me know what the order said we may be able to offer some pointers
