      So small update, received the case details in the post today, came a lot quicker than i thought they would:

      It does appear at least i think to not be a court mistake.
      I have paid the 25.41 and sent off today for a certificate of satisfaction

        Looking at that POC it seems that all they claimed was the interest, so all they were granted was the princely sum of 41p.

          I didn't want to make a new thread because everything is still related. Hope im not violating forum rules.

          I've gotten a Certificate of satisfaction from the court stating that 'This debt, including and interest, is paid' and that the keeper of ROJOF 'Marked to show that the debt is satisfied'

          This i is great news for me.

          What i want to know is should i wait a while before contacting TM Legal, should I contact them at all?

          And if i should contact them should it be a polite 'please update your records' or a full blown Cease and Desist? Or something else?
