A letter From Lowell Pre Legal Assessment

Hello there
I really need some good advice
I received a Pre Legal Assessment letter from Lowell.
I defaulted with Tesco Bank in 2015.
Later on the debt was took over by Lowell.
I have had quite a few letters of claims from Lowell.
I suffer from severe depression and on high dose medication
sometimes i lose track and forget what day it is
This is the last letter received from them.
I have no idea what means that.
Any advice given would be gratefully received

Pre-Action Letters they do start proceedings, so look out for the PAP 5 pages? and read above - come back here , with all th facts etc you have,, credit card ?????? etc etc
