  • Lowell letter

Hi I have received two or three letters from Lowell claiming the debt from Vodafone from seven years ago when I had a contract that I canceled with Vodafone. As I knew I had canceled the contact I ignored the letters and didn’t reply to Lowell at all. On Monday I received a letter through post from county court saying I need to pay certain amount to county court as judgment has been made. I received no court letters prior or no defence form or any other paper work just a letter saying I need to pay before bailiffs will execute the warrant. Can you please help what to do as if it went to court I wanted to contest against it but looking at the letter feels like they didn’t give me any chance or choice to contest !!!
