Court Claim-No Response Pack

Hi, I have received a County Court Claim and I live out of Jurisdiction the Claimants have permission to issue a claim via email but there is no response Pack what can I do?

details? issued by whom and from where?> where do you live? claim via e-mail? or a threat? actual court claims come via Royal mail direct from the courts, post copy up minus your neme etc ?

Assuming this is a claim issued in the England Wales courts and it is you who is living outside Eng/Wales, the letter should explain how to respond admitting, denying etc. If you need the response pack you can find it here which is also the form to request an extension of time for filing your defence if that is your intention: https://www.gov.uk/government/public...-response-pack

If the claim has been filed outside England/Wales then I would suggest you need to contact the Court who has sent the claim to you (e-mail or phone) and request the appropriate response pack.
