      Ok, so they finally sent another letter. This time with no discount and instead says action required on your overdue account.

      Should I write saying it's statue barred? Thanks for your help, it's all very much appreciated.

        And now I have another letter offering an even bigger discount at 60%. What should I do? Arrange to pay? Barter perhaps? Or should I ignore it again?

          Reading the thread, if no court action was commenced in 2019 any such action would now be statute barred.

          That points to your being entitled to sit tight. If you want, you could write asking them please to leave you alone as any claim is now statute barred, and that further correspondence will be regarded as harassment.
