      So a bit of a timeline

      You agree to mediation

      The mediation team get in touch and it will either go ahead or not. If it fails or doesn't go ahead , the next stage is a judge will issue directions ( I think that's the right word). That will give a date for trial but also a date when they must pay the trial fee and a date when both parties must exchange witness statements and evidence - if you get one make sure you follow those . It isn't as scary as it sounds

      If it goes to trial and they still haven't provided paperwork, you have a good chance of winning - but let's cross that bridge when we come to it.
