    Hi, I received the above on 17/11/2017 and I need to put together a defence, I need help with the wording etc could anybody point me in the right direction please? Thanks...

    What is the debt for!?

    Did you receive a Letter Before Action before getting the form through!?

      It is for a parking ticket, well I was parked on private land, so its more like an invoice if I have been advised correctly. Yes I did receive a letter before action letter but again ignored it.

      Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

      Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

      If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
