    N56 - No Response from the court.. What now?

    Hi there,

    I submitted an N56 form to the court at the end of April this year and I have received no response whatsoever. I applied for a suspended order and my budget sheet showed no free income so I'm unsure if an AOE would be granted anyway but surely I should have heard something by now? Or does this process just take a while??
